This fully renovated and irresistibly charming little A-frame is tucked away in the Black Oak community on Table Rock Lake. Just a short walk to the community shoreline, where locals and vacationers, gather to watch the breathtaking sunsets. This retreat is perfect for a romantic getaway, a scenic motorcycle ride or making cherished family memories WHAT THE HOUSE HAS TO OFFER: \*2 bedrooms 1 BR on main floor. Beautiful reclaimed barnwood accent wall. 2nd BR. Climb the spiral staircase to the loft area with 2 twin beds. \*Modern bathroom on main floor. \*I do not advertise lakeview, but you do get a seasonal glimpse of it between the trees. \*WIFI & ROKU TV \*Fire Pit exclusive to this cabin. \*Parking. Plenty of FREE parking at this property. PARKING IN THIS COMMUNITY IS PRECIOUS AND LIMITED. This house sits between 2 roads. 2 spaces on north drive. There is also a drive on the south side of the house. It is very steep. With so many wonderous places in this world, you may never have time to return to this area (or you may decide to return every year)--so we try to help you make the most of your time in this area, by creating our "Day Trip" suggestions. These suggestions include recommendations on dining, entertainment and sites for specific areas. This manual is located at the house. We also realize that your family includes your pets. They are always welcome in our little A-frame. Please include your pet during booking and the additional fee will be applied. The community does request all outside pets be on a leash, but some of the full time residence do not adhere to this request. The local welcome dog, an older yellow lab, Murphy, may visit you, He is very smart. Host provided great details, instructions and recommendations in and outside of the area. The drive to the cabin, though, consisted of very narrow, steep, and windy roads and not lit at night, however, the community is very quiet. The cabin itself was furnished with everything you’d need, including some basic toiletries, and had plenty ample space despite the small sq footage. Unfortunately, I had to deduct one star because we were not able to enjoy the front bedroom due to the termites and other bugs entering through the cracks of the ceiling wood panels and falling directly onto the bed at night yikes, but we are very grateful for the living room couch and the kids enjoyed the loft. Overall, I’d recommend this cute cabin. Having great and responsive host/hostess(s) definitely made this a pleasant and lovely stay! ##### Richard Z.
