"Beautiful experience. Incredible views. Hospitality was outstanding. Dinner was delicious. Overall, the experience was worth every penny. It was cold of course, so pack warm. And if you’re going to check in at 2pm, I suggest bringing some snacks to tie you over until dinner; although, dinner, and late night snacks were great!"

"The hotel was modern and clean. The room had a comfy bed, clean and had a modern tv having Netflix which was great. Only downside was there was no air con or fan. The walls were really thin so could hear everyone in the corridors at all hours. The maid also came into our room without knocking which was a major breach of privacy. "

"The stay was better than advertised. The room was well maintained and the property was first rate. The owner and staff treated me with care. The breakfast in the morning was full of fresh fruit and vegetables. Bacon and eggs done to perfection. At the end of the stay, arranged a taxi that was at a significantly lower price to the airport than a Grab. "

"The food really was excellent, outstanding. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety. Lunch at Deux Amants was delicious. The Peking Duck at Bao was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the food, such excellent value, better than some 5-star hotels in Hanoi!"
