Lakeview Road Park Tours and Activities

This was a good basic hotel. The location was very convenient for me, close to the airport and very central in the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property itself is a bit dated. Not sure about other rooms, but our room was in need of a refresh. That said there was a full-sized microwave and a good sized fridge so that was very helpful. Also the bed was very comfy, tho the pillows could stand to be replaced. Free breakfast had good selection. The gym was small and in need of ventilation or a fan. Didn’t use the pool so can’t speak to that. All in all this worked perfectly for my needs. And the price was reasonable. Lots to do in the area, great restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, fast food; and even two escape rooms within walking distance. The one we tried was spectacular fun!

Really nice property, very large rooms and a great price for downtown Winnepeg. Basically around the corner from hotels that cost twice as much. Skip the breakfast-almost nothing there. But yeah, I could live in that room! Also my wife says the toilet paper was amazing.
