Lakeside Vacation Packages

Our door was propped open and the TV was on the bed when we got there so that was weird. I talked to the front desk and he said there had been a problem with the tvs so maintenance must have forgotten to finish ours, but didn't offer to fix it or anything. We didn't need the TV but I feel like they could have checked the room or offered to fix it. The room itself was ok but the bathroom was very run down and had stains all over the floor and walls.

Understaffed (waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception), disorganized (gave us a room that had yet to be cleaned), and a little disingenuous (saud we didn't have to pay for the "better" room they put us in, which had the same amenities we had booked...). Floor was visibly dirty, but it was otherwise a comfortable stay.

Shower water was nice and hot with plenty of pressure. Sink water faucet was either off or on full blast getting you soaked.

Located in between north and south bound hwy101. Several homeless people use the property as a shortcut and wander through the parking area at all times. Probably won’t stay here again.

Room smelled very musty. Grounds unkept and there was dog poop all over. They charge an extra $40.00 a night for a dog. I would not stay there again.
