Comfortable, peaceful retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains Wolf Ridge Retreat is located at an elevation of almost 3300 feet and borders the Pisgah National Forest. We are located between Brevard and Cashiers in the Lake Toxaway Community, close to Highlands, Cashiers, Brevard and Asheville. We are a short drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway. This comfortable home is near Gorges State Park, Whitewater Falls, Schoolhouse Falls, Panthertown (the Yosemite of the East) and many other waterfalls and hiking trails. We are a short drive from the famous historical Greystone Inn with fine dining and beautiful views of Lake Toxaway. Great neighborhood - secluded and quiet, away from busy Hwy 64, but still convenient to get out to Hwy 281 / Canada Road to hit waterfalls on the north side of Lake Toxaway. Our host was so welcoming and accommodating. The property is very clean and well-stocked. This quiet neighborhood is pretty close to Gorges State Park and Brevard. We loved the nice big deck with plenty of seating. We brought our two Shih poo pups and they had plenty of yard to play in. The king-sized bed is super comfy.
