« "Newly renovated"? Definitely. Clean? Spotless. Appliances appeared brand new as well. Temperature control was great as well. We didn't have to adjust for changes in temperature outside. My wife said that the bed in the bedroom that we used was the most comfortable bed she's ever slept on. (This was the bedroom that had its own bathroom.) The kitchen has plenty of counter space (and room as well), the dining area is roomy enough, the living space is slightly smaller. But there wasn't any feeling...

Such a nice, homey feel--from spacious bedrooms, glass door knobs, lovey wooden and glass front door, an airy side porch with a view of the gorgeous, gigantic tree out front. Even our small grandchildren were excited to stay here--the 4 yr old wanted to make sure we were coming back after our day's outing to spend another night! « Honey Bee Haven was a cute little house, the owners clearly paid attention to detail. The decor and theme were adorable, the house was very clean. The only caution I would give is it is clearly an older property. If you can’t deal with little settling cracks and peeling and chipping in some areas, this isn’t the property for you. But we enjoyed our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable, the owner clearly cares about sustainability. We appreciated all of the care they put into the home. »

« The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend. »

« My wife and I absolutely loved this yurt! We intended to spend a few days in the Brevard/Pisgah area and saw this available for a long weekend. It looked nice enough so we booked, and when we arrived it honestly exceeded our expectations. Very cozy, comfortable, clean, and the kitchen/bathroom was very well done. « This town home is amazing. It is even better than it looks in pictures. The host was so gracious and accommodating. The home allows for everyone to hang out as a family, but allows for groups to congregate in many different area of the house. We didn’t get to check out all of the amenities, but what a saw looked amazing. We will definitely stay again. It’s perfect for Clemson families. Gets you out of the chaos, but not too far out of town. »
