Très bel endroit où rester à Puno

Très bel hôtel et très bien situé près de la rue avec les petits commerces et les restaurants. Très bon service et l’hôtel est très propre. Le déjeuner était très bien également. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet établissement et nous le recommandons à tous.

Dint go to this hotel

We made the reservation and paid on line and when we arrived they dint give us the room they said they count find our reservation .With our reservation number .The person at the front desk called us layers because he dint know how to look for the reservation .We want it to talk to the manager or someone that could find our reservation in their system, but there was no such .The location is in not in a safe place .And we end up having to book a different place .In short ,They kept our money ,No room .Terrible experience

Clean room near the city center

Breakfast has cereal, milk, yogurt, fruits, etc. Of course, coffee and teas. I like all of them. The room is clean. Staffs are very friendly and can speak a little English. The how water in the shower depends on when you taking the shower. The water is hot in the afternoon or in the morning, but not hot in late night. It is close to the plazas.

Bel hôtel proche du centre ville.

Nous avons bien été accueilli à notre arrivée par le personnel de l'hotel. Un employé a apporté nos valises dans notre chambre et la réceptionniste nous à offert une tasse de thé. Comme nous étions fatigués nous avons pu profiter de la pizzeria qui se trouve au-dessous de l'hôtel pour manger le premier jour. Bel hôtel pour le prix.

Great new hotel with great features!

We really enjoyed it, the hotel is only new so they are still doing works on it in the mornings which can be loud. But the staff are great and a massive help, some of them speak great English and there is a nice pizza restaurant connected to it and you can order directly from reception. The wifi dropped out one or twice during our the day stay but the rest of the time or was a very strong and reliable connection. Bed was great and shower always hot. Would definitely recommend.

Not really a 3 star hotel, definitely a great hostel. Service is great! Staff willing to help. They tried to feed us breakfast even though we were leaving at 5 am

lindo hotel cerca del centro

Estuvimos una noche en este hotel y la verdad nos sentimos supercomodos, desde la bienvenida hasta la hs de irnos que tuvimos que esperar hasta la noche para la hs que salia nuestro bus, y nos quedamos en el lobby del hotel, teniamos agua caliente para hacernos algun te, cafe, television , los sillones son comodos para la espera y ellos nos reservaron el taxi que nos llevaria a la terminal. Esta a un par de cuadras de la plaza de armas y en el camino se encuentran todos los restaurantes. Muy recomendable.

Good place!

This place is very basic but great for a short stay in puno. It's in a good location, close to the plaza de armas and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and spoke good English

Hôtel récent et personnel très sympathique

L'hôtel est récent, les chambres sont agréables, le lit très bon et le wifi fonctionne plutôt bien. Un bémol sur les escaliers, pas forcément très praticables et la localisation, dans une rue piétonne et sur une colline. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude durant le séjour à cause d'une restriction due aux fêtes nationales. Cependant le personnel a été d'une grande aide quand notre agence de voyage a oublié de nous récupérer.

Best deal for the price

My husband and I really liked this place. It is right on the center of town, super nice front desk ladies and super accommodating, rooms were clean, hot showers! the rooms was warm as they provided individual heaters and the room also had a floor to ceiling window. At this price range $30 we got everything that we needed and more. Would stay here again.
