"Very nice, clean room. The A/C was a little loud when it kicked on but otherwise everything was perfect. We had the buffet breakfast one morning that was very good. Loved all the fruit."

"We stayed one night after visiting the zoo and before exploring Meijer Gardens (10 minute drive). Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, beds comfortable (we had a 2 queen bed suite with pull out couch). Convenient location, though not a place to get outside and walk anywhere. Breakfast was much better than the average hotel breakfast - typical offerings, but well stocked. The pool looked nice, but our grandkids were too tired to swim!"
"We weren't looking for anything fancy, but we were looking for a suite with that had a separate bedroom so that we could put our daughter to sleep in another room. This place worked great. While it was not the fanciest designs or furnishings, it was very well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, that when we were at another hotel at another part of the trip that had a fancier room, we kind of wished we were back at Drury where it was more comfortable and spacious. We actually left our last night of the trip unbooked because we hadn't finalized plans and wanted to see how we liked Drury, but we immediately decided that we would come back here for our last leg of the journey.
I liked the popcorn and the complimentary drink card. Nice touch. The food wasn't great. Having a separate bedroom in our room was a major perk for us and worked out great."

"We had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed and was only given one sheet snd blanket, one pillow. We had to go get them. They said ne t time ask for two sheets. All rest was great."
"I would stay in Holiday Inn hotels throughout the country over the last six decades. There was a period of mediocrity and not taking care of their properties which for me shows a lack of managerial talent. The “handyman” that would fix or repair usually was an under qualified individual that has many other properties and is on their own clock and pace. So I have preferred Marriott and Hyatt for a better “feeling” of assurance that my stay will be more relaxed in a better managed facility. That’s just how i looked at it. When on a budget on short trips I will usually look for the cheapest.
But, we chose your hotel because of location to our venue, Van Del arena.
Check in with very smooth our room was ready when we got there approximately 2 o’clock so we were able to check in a little early, which was great. There was no “perfume” or other cleaner products that just hide and cover up the smell from water damage, plumbing issues, smoking rooms, or entire smoking floors. The property inside and out was very clean and very nice. Staff downstairs was awesome, maid was pleasant and helpful with my request for fresh towels. My family uses Uber a lot so I plan on using them for the weekend exclusively, but you offered a tremendous shuttle service. Carlos was very friendly and got us to dinner and back and then to the show with a smile. My wife and I felt very comfortable with our driver, he was awesome!! Are stay was Great! We will be back for sure!!. 5 Stars!!!"
"Room was nicely appointed but needed better vacuuming and under sink in the corners needed cleaning, visible hair in corners. Should consider wiping walls where others have spilled coffee product near table. Overall nice stay and would return."
