Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo. With over 2000 sq. ft of space, there’s plenty of room for you and your crew to spread out, relax and unwind! It’s just 9 easy steps to get into this second-floor unit.

Featuring two king beds, one queen bed, a queen sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress (located in the walk-in closet) it comfortably sleeps eight people.

Guests will enjoy one of the community's largest enclosed patios, complete with Foosball, Tiki Bar, Patio Furniture, Ping Pong, Poker table, Cornhole (bags) and a BBQ Grille (on the front porch). This unit is a private retreat for year-round entertaining.

Unwind in the spacious living room, complete with a large ROKU TV with access to Spectrum TV, the living room also contains a mini-arcade machine (with the following games: Centipede, Missile Command, Crystal Castle and Millipede).

All bedrooms and the patio are equipped with Roku TVs with access to Spectrum TV.

The master bedroom is an oversized suite with a private bath, walk-in closet, and home office space.

The unit comes with a Washer, Dryer, and a fully equipped Kitchen stocked with essential dishes, utensils, cooking and bakeware.

Directly behind the unit is a flat area with lush green grass to play Cornhole (bags), an outdoor grille, picnic tables and a swimming pool. You also have access to the legendary Hippopotamus Pool (located towards the back of the property).

In addition, this unit has access to a private dock with potential for daily slip rental (10’ x 28’ slip, $25/night, based on availability).

Located just minutes from top dining, golf, shopping, entertainment, and the Historic Bagnell Dam Strip. Perfect for a vacation getaway at the Lake of the Ozarks!
