Welcome to Boho Flamingo, a colorful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Lake of the Ozarks condo around the 12 Mile Marker with beautiful lake views, a covered deck and year-round community amenities. Located in the Horseshoe Bend/Village of Four Seasons area, you’ll be close to waterfront dining, golf, nightlife, family attractions and the Bagnell Dam Strip.

THE CONDO

The open living, dining and kitchen area makes it easy to spend time together, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and electric fireplace. Step outside to the covered lake-view deck for morning coffee, sunset drinks or an evening under the string lights.

The well-equipped kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, dishwasher, Keurig, drip coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster and a large island with seating for four. A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the condo.

Boho Flamingo is a middle-level unit, and one flight of stairs is required to reach the condo entrance. There is no step-free access.

SLEEPING FOR UP TO 6

The primary suite features a queen bed, lake view, deck access, Smart TV, storage and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, Smart TV and plenty of storage.

The condo is most comfortable for 4 adults. For additional guests, the living-room futon-style sofa provides flexible sleeping and is best suited for a child or smaller guest. A Premium Air Mattress Package is also available as an optional add-on.

COOK + DINE

In addition to the indoor kitchen, you’ll find a gas flat-top grill on the covered front deck, with propane provided. Breakfast pancakes by morning, hibachi by night!

SWIM YEAR-ROUND

Enjoy a year-round indoor pool and hot tub plus a seasonal lakefront outdoor pool, typically open from 8 AM to midnight during the season. Pool towels are provided inside the condo for guests to take to the pool.

Community amenities are maintained and operated by the HOA and may occasionally close without notice due to weather, maintenance, repairs, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our control. While we expect amenities to be available as advertised, availability cannot be guaranteed during every stay.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

There’s plenty to enjoy beyond the pools, including pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, walking paths, community boat launch, swim dock and fishing from designated docks and shoreline areas. A community fish-cleaning station is also available.

BRINGING A BOAT?

A covered 10’ x 24’ boat slip may be available for $30/night. Availability is limited, not guaranteed and must be arranged with Vacation Boutique in advance.

Guest boat and trailer parking is not permitted anywhere within the condo community, so trailers must be parked off-site.

PET FRIENDLY

Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. The community offers grassy areas and conveniently located pet-waste stations, with Horseshoe Bend Bark Park nearby.

COMMUNITY + HOA GUIDELINES

Boho Flamingo is located within a residential lake community. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and follow community and HOA guidelines. Parties and events are not permitted, quiet hours must be observed, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Community restrictions also include no fireworks, bicycles or motorized scooters, glass at the pools, or guest boat/trailer parking within the community.

Boho Flamingo is professionally hosted by Vacation Boutique, a family-owned boutique vacation rental and concierge company. Enjoy the personal touch of a small business with local boots on the ground throughout your Lake of the Ozarks stay.
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM *early check-ins MUST be arranged with the host and are not guaranteed, early check-in fee of $25-$50 does apply Check-out time is 10:00 AM **Late check-outs incur a $50 fee, as it interrupts the cleaning schedule
Important House Rules: 1. No smoking or vaping allowed in the condo or on the decks. 2. Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM 3. No parties. 4. No pets allowed Violating these house rules will result in automatic fine of $200 applied to your card on file, charges for any damage incurred to furniture, decor and/or property caused by rule violation. Host reserves the right to immediately evacuated guests and terminate the reservation with NO REFUND if guests are discovered breaking the rules.
