The Space: 3- bed | 2-bath | Pool | Driveway and RV/Boat Parking. Bedroom 1: Cal-King Bed, Smart TV, & En-Suite Master Bath. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Smart TV Bedroom 3: (2) single Beds and a Smart TV INDOOR LIVING: Air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, washer and dryer. OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, Pool, lounge chairs, Propane grill, dining area with patio furniture. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with basic amenities GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, laundry detergent, Pool towels. PARKING: Driveway with RV/Boat Parking Guest Access: You will have access to the entire home, except for the garage. Vehicle, boat or RV parking is on driveway only. Other Details to Note: NO EVENTS OR PARTIES Must be 25+ years old to book Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am. This home is located in a quiet residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. SECURITY CAMERAS There are security cameras located outside of the property, Ring Camera at front entrance, back yard surveillance for the pool and pool equipment and motion sensor on fro t driveway. There are no cameras inside of the home. The purpose of these cameras is liability reasons for the rental property. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with. NO SMOKING AND VAPING This is a non smoking home and a violation will result in a $200 fine. You are welcome to smoke outside with the homes’ windows and doors closed but ask that you please dispose of your own cigarette butts. USE OF POOL AND SPA No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest. Please Do not touch pool/spa pump equipment. \*Pool is not heated and is Seasonal. DEPOSITS AND STAYS A deposit of $250 - $500 may be required for bookings during holidays, spring break and summer months. Any stay over 30-days requires a separate signed rental agreement. For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping rate. PET FRIENDLY A pet must be authorized to be on the property. The fee is $25/per pet, per stay plus $250 refundable deposit. Maximum pets allowed is 1\. A violation for a non-authorized pet is a $200 fine per pet. Please include your pet on your reservation to avoid this fee. \*\* Please note: If a pet is approved to be on the property we ask kindly that you please clean up after your pet and read the pet rules posted in the home \*\* BBQ GRILL \>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full. If the tank is empty or running low please let me know.
