A great cabin home

Absolutely fabulous!!
Beautiful property and home with everything you could possibly need at your finger tips. From the hot tub to the comfortable beds...we couldnt ask for me. The communication from the owners waa above and beyond all expectations

Girlfriend Weekend
Frog Pond was perfect for our girlfriend weekend getaway! It was warm and cozy. Comfort is important to us and it was perfectly comfortable! We loved the comfy couches -plenty of room for everyone. The beds were great. The kitchen was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The giant dining room table was a great place for meals and game playing. The hot tub was awesome. We loved the fire pit out back and the owners left us everything we needed for s’mores, which we greatly appreciated! The neighborhood was quiet and filled with birdsong and deer. It was an amazing perfect weekend!

First VRBO experience and definitely set high expectations!
My Dad has been trying to get together a Pocono weekend for the past few years, so this year we decided to go for his birthday! The property was everything we were looking for, very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were above and beyond accommodating, even putting up birthday decorations and making sure we had a delicious birthday cake for my Dad. (I may have cried a little when I walked in, LOL). The weather was a little warmer than expected, so we opted out of skiing/snowboarding. However, Big Boulder resort could be seen from the end of the street if we had decided to go. We spent plenty of time outside in the hot tub, by the fire pit, and taking some nice long walks through the neighborhood. When we got a little rain, there was an abundance of games to choose from to keep the fun going. Overall, we could not have had a better experience and I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Great vacation in the mountains!
We had a fantastic stay at Frog Pond Cabin. Super comfy furniture, fireplaces, hot tub and game room made for such an enjoyable experience. The little touches throughout the home show how much the owners care about their renters & we can’t wait to return!

Great place!
My best girlfriends and I stayed here for weekend. It was perfect. Felt like tucked into beautiful woods but very comfortable! The host was super responsive and the whole thing was exactly what we three moms needed!

A True Vacation Property
This home situated in Lake Harmony, PA., is just perfect for a family to relax and enjoy beautiful autumn nature. Our lovely hosts, Lori and James, provided everything to make this stay an easy and effortless place to unpack, unwind, and enjoy family and surroundings. Our hosts were always available and checked in through texts to make sure we were happy. The property was spotless, fully loaded with essentials in the kitchen and rooms, plus added snacks for our eating pleasure. You can tell meticulous care and planning went into making this a haven for happy memories. Most importantly, Lori and James exhibit the caring and genuine concern that shines in every room in the house. We truly had a very positive experience!

Wonderful place to stay!
My family and I stayed here and had such a wonderful time. There were yard activities available along with indoor games for a rainy day. The place was beautifully decorated and clean. It was helpful all linens were provided, one less thing we had to worry about packing! The hosts were so kind and helpful! Our family would absolutely love to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Exceptional Getaway!
My group and I had the absolute best experience at Frog Pond Cabin! Lori and James went above and beyond to accommodate our group and make our stay special! Our bridal party came as a surprise celebration for the bride, and the owners were incredibly thoughtful and left us a sweet surprise and gifts to celebrate! It was such a kind, thoughtful, and generous gesture, and it really speaks to the kind of hosts and people they are.They were also incredibly responsive and made sure to stay in touch and make sure that everything was going well throughout the trip. Their kindness made this trip so special- just the most lovely people. The house itself was incredible- plenty of space and very comfortable, cozy, and clean. The house and property is beautiful and well-kept. The space was stocked with fun games and activities, as well as the hot tub and fire pit- you'll never want to leave as you'll have everything you could possibly need on-site. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone, and would certainly return if coming to the area. Thank you Lori and James for making our trip so special!

Ski weekend get away
My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Frog Pond the first week of March for a final winter ski weekend before the Spring. The house was perfect for us and the location to Big Boulder and Jack Frost was great. The host were terrific and very responsive. We had a greet stay, thank you James and Lori!

Great Pocono Escape
The house is as advertised and well maintained. Plenty of things for the kids to do right at the house from Legos, to board games, foosball, hot tubing, and boulder field exploring. Great access to Big Boulder Mt. and local restaurants. Owners made the stay easy and comfortable.

This cabin has all the amenities, and is the perfect place for a relaxing escape. Awesome location with restaurants nearby with beautiful lake views. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Would love to stay here again, and highly recommend!!

Great place, quiet neighborhood, excellent host. Close to skiing and many other outdoor activities. We were in the area for hiking and found many options close. Very nice restaurants within minutes of residence.

Perfect Getaway
We were looking for a place to hang out with family and friends and this was exactly what we needed. The ambiance and decor were just perfect for a lake cabin. We stayed in January and loved the fireplaces! This property had it all: super comfy reclining chairs, blankets galore, well-stocked kitchen (with even some snack foods), games, art supplies for the creative and even items to dress up a snowman!!! The owners were very kind. They kept in contact with us to make sure that everything was going well. I would absolutely recommend this property and we would certainly return if we were going to visit in this area again.

Great Birthday at Frog Pond
We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday at Frog Pond House. The owners, James and Lori, went above and beyond getting the house ready, including putting out happy birthday balloons, tableware and even a small gift for my wife. They did all of that simply because I had mentioned in booking that we were coming for a birthday weekend. It was a such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. The house was great, quaint and comfortable. The fireplaces and hot tub were warm and the inviting and our kids loved all of the games and art supplies around the house. We had a wonderful weekend at Frog Pond and look forward to coming back soon!

The house was utter perfection. Quaint and decorated beautifully. We had everything we needed and upon inquiring about the type of coffee maker, they took initiative to purchase two more options. When we had a minor issue with he fireplace pilot, they face-timed us to resolve it instantly. Knowing we were so well cared for made our trip even more special than it was. Beds were comfy, game room was incredible, property is stunning. Whatever you do, don't leave without making a wish on the wish tree. Jame and Lori - we promise to come back next year!!!

Great birthday getaway!
Came here for my birthday with my boyfriend and some more family followed us on the weekend. The hosts set up a mini birthday party for me so I walked into the sweetest surprise. It was so thoughtful. They were so nice and communicative the whole time. Any question I had, no matter how simple, they answered immediately. I’ll be back soon!

THE PERFECT PLACE!
Property was beautiful and the owners could not have been more lovely to work with. While we did not need anything during our stay, they checked in to see if we needed anything and were extremely kind and generous. I've already re-booked for another stay with them as the house and property are the perfect getaway. Cannot wait for future trips at The Frog Pond!

What a gem!
This adorable cabin in Lake Harmony was the absolute cleanest we have ever stayed in! The owners left so many little conveniences throughout like a basket of snacks, water bottles by every bed & necessary paper products. We were staying for a birthday getaway and they were incredibly thoughtful and even left us a birthday surprise! We would 100% recommend and stay again!

Our favorite place yet!
Fantastic property! Everything you could want in a mountain getaway yet close to hiking, golfing, boating, shops and restaurants! The hosts were beyond welcoming and gave clear instructions and were readily available for any questions! You can tell they take pride in this home. It was comfortable, clean and well stocked. The hot tub and fire pit were enjoyable on the chilly evenings! We loved watching the deer come through the yard each day. The area is peaceful and we started our day with a coffee and walk just enjoying nature. We absolutely loved our stay here and we’re sad to leave! Also have to mention the game room that is stocked with every game imaginable and a nice tv to watch the Bills kill the Steelers. I debated writing a review because I’d like to keep this place out little secret! Can’t wait to return!!

Great Little Getaway!

Amazing experience!
I can't think of a negative thing to say about James and Lori and the "Frog Pond ". This was our first time using a vacation home rental service. From booking until check-out, they made the process absolutely seamless. I almost didn't want to post about how great of a time we had overall so we can be selfish and keep it all to ourselves haha. James and Lori kept in contact throughout out stay to make sure everything was ok, but they weren't overwhelming or annoying in any way. It was the perfect amount of contact and I felt like I was talking to family when chatting with them. Now for the house review... We loved it! It was everything we needed and more for our short stay in the Poconos. The house was clean and updated and decorated perfectly for the location. The icing on the cake was the attention to detail that was put into the home. I kept finding things throughout the entire house that just made the stay even better. Every switch was labeled, every room was well stocked with necessities and then some. But then every drawer or cabinet I opened seemed to have another fun surprise - every game you could think to play, utensil for cooking, puzzles, birthday candles... you name it. James and Lori and Family put their heart into this home and it shows! We can't wait to plan our next stay at the lake!
