the hotel was affordable , clean. people were friendly. The beds were very comfortable. the only thing we didnt like was the water smelled like sulpher water. bring your own drinking water!

Very nice property. Super clean and staff was helpful. They provide daily breakfast and have an outdoor patio outside of indoor pool. It was half the price of other hotels in delavan. Minutes from the lake. Highly recommend.

Property was just ok. It had a smell when you walked in the door. Rooms were ok. Thought they were a little high priced for what you got. Rooms need updating. Continental breakfast was pretty bland. Just cereal and toast and a few packaged pastry items. Staff were friendly. If ever in Delavan again I will probably stay elsewhere.

The room was really nice. The hotel was clean, but when breakfast time came, it never opened neither of the days I was there kind of pissed me off. Part of the reason I picked the hotel was for breakfast.
