Great family property located 2.2 miles south of Lake San Cristobal on County Road 30 on the way to Cinnamon Pass. This house sits along the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River with a huge deck that goes right down to the water. Listen to the river flow by as you sit on the deck or in the spacious living room. There is a large family kitchen with a dining table to seat 6 and 4 additional bar stools. There are two bedrooms with new queen beds in each on the main floor as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs is a loft area for the kids and two more bedrooms with 2 twin beds in one and a full bed in the other along with a second bathroom. There are also two properties on either side that are available to rent if you want to bring your friends and family...each are also 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with river access.
