Lake Access:
Guests will be able to use owner's membership passes to access the beautiful lake trail around Lake Arrowhead. The passes also gain entry to Grass Valley Park (zip line & playground). Please note: Lake Arrowhead beach clubs are private and inaccessible to short-term guests, as is true of any short-term rental property. If the membership pass gets lost or misplaced, there will be a $100 fee charged to the guests for replacement.

We supply sufficient trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other household essentials designed to last approximately 3-5 days. Should your stay extend beyond this period, we request that guests take on the responsibility of replenishing these items.

The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and is required to sign a rental agreement and ID verification prior to check in.

We routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. To help prevent bugs in the home, please keep the doors closed. If you happen to come across any (they can be pesky!), we will do what we can to take care of the situation as soon as possible!

The home is equipped with security cameras, a Minut noise monitoring and smoke detection device and keyless entry. The first camera is facing the driveway and the second camera faces the front entry. There is also a 3rd camera on the side deck to monitor the side entry for safety. They are all motion sensored, so they do not record 24 hours a day, only when activated by motion. The Minut system is located inside the house on the main level, this system DOES NOT pick up or record conversations, it detects noise and smoke levels only when they reach a certain threshold.
