This was our second visit here and it was lovely as before. We ended up changing rooms for a better view and Jeff at the front desk was super helpful. The spa was lovely and I always enjoy the complimentary activities that offered.

Good location, walkable to whalers village. However, if the beach is important to you, you may want to stay elsewhere as the beach is not very nice here and shore is currently being restored. Hotel didn’t offer anything for our honeymoon or a room upgrade. Pretty average staff. Penguins in the lobby are a nice touch.

Our stay was booked for a different resort, and due to an electrical issue we were moved to the Hyatt. We were moved late at night was greeted by Jack, who welcomed us very well. Rooms are maintained daily and clean towels are provided every day. Also, the complimentary breakfast is amazing, and was beyond what I had expected. Very good!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt in Maui! The resort was so peaceful and quiet, which made it incredibly relaxing. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the penguins were such a cute and fun touch! Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also really appreciated that the resort never felt overcrowded and there weren’t too many kids around, which made it feel especially peaceful and enjoyable. Overall, this was easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing Maui getaway!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The resort was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and had such an amazing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and every detail made our stay feel special. The location was gorgeous, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip. Everything was so comfortable and well taken care of, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave! We enjoyed every part of our experience and would 100% stay here again. We’re already looking forward to coming back! ❤️

I stayed at Hyatt for 5 nights and the property was beautiful! Breakfast is served until 11am with a view of their waterfall and swans peacefully swimming. They have 2 separate pool areas so plenty room for all the guests to enjoy. We enjoyed a luau and got to walk on the coastline to near by shopping dining areas like whalers village. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing vacation! It is also very romantic for newlyweds or couples wanting to enjoy a vacation. The property was clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Hyatt!!
