Polynesian shores is a beautiful, recently renovated (2020) oceanfront resort on the charming, rocky shore of Honokowai, Maui, just 6 miles north of Lahaina- town. Enjoy swaying palms, fragrant plumeria trees, the calming sound of waves breaking against the shoreline, spectacular nightly sunsets, and unsurpassed ocean views of Molokai, Lanai, and Pailolo Channel. Observe sea turtles swimming close to shore in the warm shallow saltwater, and in the winter months, majestic kohola or humpback whales playfully surface, tail slap, or blow spouts in the air. Our spacious, lush grounds/complex are ideal for your vacation. Pamper yourself at our oceanfront swimming pool and spa. Picnic tables and barbecues are available for use and located on the water's edge. Investigate the seasonal beach or walk to local bars, restaurants, and stores within our complex; surfing and golfing are nearby. There is even a farmer’s market three days a week and on-site free parking and laundry. Condo 213 is a family friendly, no-pets, smoke/vape free unit with a direct oceanfront location and an unobstructed ocean view. In addition to our recent resort renovation, condo 213 offers new windows, doors, floors, staircase, and new tropical-themed living room furniture, along with other new amenities. In the condo, the louvered windows allow the cool natural ocean breezes (known as trade winds) to lull you to sleep and the ceiling and floor fans maintain cooling airflow during the hotter seasons. This is a 2-level condo with stairs and an entryway, living room with TV & sofa bed (queen), primary bedroom with king bed and primary bath, secondary bedroom (2 twin beds), second full bathroom, kitchen (with amenities), dining area, and lanai (porch with table and chairs) perfect for your Hawaii dream vacation. This is a very comfortable and well appointed condo in a great location on west Maui. We enjoyed amazing whale sightings and sunsets everyday right from the lanai. Everything was as a advertised and the owners and caretakers provided great communication.

Maui Paradise

What a beautiful vacation. The amenities were unexplainable. We spent the week watching humpback whales, snorkeling, hiking, many other close by excursions. Grocery stores close by many restaurants and so much to do we truly appreciated the unexplainable views from the property. We got to see multiple sea turtles, schools of dolphins and herds of humpback whale. What a memorable experience. Mahalo!!!!

Home away from home

Cozy complex with wonderful views. Elaine and Rocco were always a step ahead with check-in/codes/address/check-out instructions. Well stocked kitchen implements/pots/pans. Also, beach chairs, coolers, boogie board, etc. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spent most time out on balcony! Morning runs going north on the road was busy with other runners and walkers, and cars but fun all the same. Banana bread stand 1.25 miles north on Saturdays 9am only. Fun beach for nearby sunset hang out .25 miles north - watch surfers and sea turtles. Don't miss this non- resort gem!

What an amazing beautiful property with the best view of the ocean! Everything you need is in this condo, from utensils to beach chairs to towels etc… my husband and our 3 kids loved it here! We felt safe and were grateful for such wonderful hosts! The condo has a bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds, the king bed is upstairs! There’s two bathrooms and it’s stocked up with all the essentials which we appreciated so much! One of the best views ever!

Bestest Ever

We walked in and was pleasantly surprised. Beds were so comfy, shower nice and strong, lots of closet hangers and space too. The kitchen even had a blender which we put to great use! View was spectacular. I kept waiting for something wrong to surface but nothing at all went wrong. Best of all was all the beach stuff! There were beach chairs and snorkel equipment again, we put to great use. Thank you we will be back in 11 months!!!

Wonderful stay!

Our six family members aged 13-66 loved our nine night stay at this property. Sitting on the lanai watching the tropical birds, whales, and waves was a highlight for us. Lovely and well kept grounds, pool and bbq areas. The unit was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had an issue with a leak under the sink and it was resolved quickly and efficiently, much appreciated! Overall we would certainly recommend this unit and building. Mahalo!

Easy living for small group

This condo is very well appointed in a great complex. Numbered parking spots, lots of beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, swim noodles, reef sunblock, coolers: all fantastic! Wish there was a boogie board, but everything else we thought of was there. The pool and bbqs at the complex were clean and well tended. We enjoyed it several days. The construction a few blocks away for a hospital adds a red dust that everyone hates. Makes for a really dirty apartment by the end of the week. We will miss that view for every meal. Lovely!

Was a very nice condo Stairs are a little hard with luggage Especially if in the master upstairs Wouldn’t suggest for anyone who has issues with stairs since the unit is on the second floor. Was nice, even without having AC Pool area was very relaxing and the ocean view is beautiful especially at sunset.

Perfect condo for our vacation

We couldn't have selected a better place to stay. Beautiful ocean sunsets, fun, friendly atmosphere, clean and outfitted with everything you could need from beach gear to snorkeling equipment. Great sea turtle viewing from property and waters surrounding it. minutes from Kaanapali and Lahaina towns for fun shopping, dining and wonderful beaches. Will come back for sure.

Due to recent flight cancellations with Southwest we had to very last minute change the dates of our stay. This host was amazing and incredibly accommodating. The property is in a great location, clean, and perfect for our family vacation. I highly recommend!

Fantastic! Highly recommend!

The building was recently renovated, and the condo itself is nicely updated and decorated. It had everything we needed including beach chairs, lots of towels, all the kitchen things, boogie boards, and snorkel stuff. Awesome king bed upstairs, and the twin beds on the main level were not that comfy but okay for kids. No AC but the breeze moves through well enough. Excellent location, easily accessible from parking lot and a killer view. We watched spinner dolphins in the distance, and swam with turtles right out front. The grounds were spotless, the pool was nice & clean, the condo was perfect. I’d stay there again and recommend others should too!

Million dollar view

Wonderful condo in an amazing location! The grounds are impeccably kept and the oceanfront view along with the pool is perfect! Condo had everything we needed. I was concerned about the lack of air conditioning but the breezes thru the condo are wonderful. The place was cool and comfortable even in the July heat. Plenty of fans too. I would highly recommend this condo for a family of four We had our adult children with us and everyone loved this place. We will be back if travels take us here again!! Mahalo!! ☀️

Owners need to invest in bigger beach chairs and ice chest!

Nice condo, owners need to invest in bigger beach chairs from Costco should have at least 4 of them and bigger ice cooler! The 2 chairs that were at the condo were way to small and uncomfortable for our beach days!!! Not for big people to sit in for the price we pay for our stay in Maui.
