Located in the San Geronimo Valley, this newly renovated, fully furnished home sits on its own sun-drenched hilltop on 2 pristine acres, with unobstructed valley views and exceptional southern light. Epic views, abundant sunshine, and true quiet define the setting.  
  
The home features three bedrooms with a king, queen, and twin bed, plus a large library/home office with a separate entrance. It offers direct access to incredible trails and backs onto national park land on two sides.  
  
Designed for year-round comfort, the house has heating and AC, and includes a seasonal creek, onsite redwoods, and gardens. Southern-facing with sun in every room.  
  
The brand-new kitchen features an induction stove and Miele dishwasher, complemented by wide-plank oak floors and decks on all sides to take in the views.
