Paul was awesome and very welcoming as well as the front desk but i forget his name unfortunately. Room was very clean. If you like simple apartment this place is for you. We took our toddler with and they even had sand toys for her. This was awesome. I loved the location of this property right on the beach, within walking distance of many shops, galleries, restaurants, and a grocery store. Although an older property, it is well-maintained and very clean. Staff was very helpful when I had questions. A full kitchen stocked with enough to prepare a meal and there was a grill on the balcony I didn’t use. All linens are provided. I thought I was booking a hotel, but instead it was a time share. I loved that it was like a fully furnished apartment with 2 bathrooms. It had a little musty smell, counters and kitchen were clean, bedroom too. If I had an ocean facing room my experience would have been entirely different. The furnishings were terribly old and dated. This property is a timeshare so there is no one to greet you after five pm. I was unaware of this so my check in after five was difficult. The staff was less than friendly. But the location was marvelous and the parking was included. So for this price and location it’s a reasonable value. Try to get an ocean view room though.
