All good but we were expecting a change of bed linen and bath towels after first week like all our other renters have done. Poor lighting in kitchen needs attention

How to survive the coronavirus
So we decided to pick the month the coronavirus hit the world. Our first 2 weeks were great. The apartment is very clean and well located to the village centre. It is well equipped. Not much time look at from either balcony but that wasn't important to us. We went to golf and hike. Hiking was great and I would suggest to download the Alltrails app. Golfing was awful. Most people book a year ahead so getting tee times was very difficult. Also compared to Canadian and US pricing most courses were very expensive.

Fun times in Ferragudo
Are family had an amazing time in Ferragudo, the property was close to the square where a lot of great restaurants are and a close walk to the beach. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. We arrived early and we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to get into the property early without issue. We would 100% recommend this property as well as look forward to returning.

A wonderful apartment.
This was a great find! A spacious, airy apartment in a very quiet residential block only a few minutes’ walk into the delightful village of Ferragudo. It was extremely well equipped and the owners even provided lightweight sunloungers to take on the roof terrace or the beach, which saved a fortune in sun bed hire! The walk uphill from the village may be a consideration for some, as may the fact there is no lift in the building, but it was perfect for us. The underground parking is a boon in the heat, too. We can definitely recommend both the apartment and the owners, with whom communication was prompt and helpful.

Lovely apartment but a bit noisy with poor views from balcony
Property was very nicely decorated and well equipped. However the view from the balcony of a derelict building site which had been cropped out of the photos did really spoil it. There was also noise from cockerels at the local nearby school which disturbed our sleep. The town is good and lots of veny pretty nearby beaches make Ferragudo a good base to explore the Algarve. Would avoid Portimao.

Well appointed, spacious and comfortable apartment in a handy location with garage parking.
We had a lovely week in Ferragudo, in good value accommodation. Owner gave rapid reply when contacted regarding problem with the tv. Would highly recommend this apartment for either a couple or a family as there are 2 bedrooms plus a fold down bed.

Very well organised, luxury new apartment - highly recommended
Hello Yannick and Isabelle Our stay was very well looked after. Ernesto who looks after the apartment arrived promptly, despite us arriving near midnight. The apartment is on the opposite side of the road so it is very quiet. The apartment is equipped with everything our family of four needed. My wife and I stayed in master bedroom whilst our children (8 and 10 years old) stayed in second similar size bedroom. The entire flat is air-conditioned. The AC is new and is very efficient and quiet at night. The kitchen is fully equipped so if you prefer to cook your own breakfast/lunch or dinner - it has all you will need. The apartment is very large - it would be very spacy even for 6 people. The apartment is new, looks new, and is finished to high standard. Although we did not watch TV, the curved screen TV was something extra and might be useful if it rains outside. The pictures on the advert are good; however, the apartment actually looks even better. There is an underground parking space, which is very handy. Our return flight was in evening, we could stay longer until 5pm, and it gave us additional comfortable day on the beach. Many thanks for that again. The safety deposit was returned within couple of days after return. Oh.. There is also a top floor terrace that you can use for BBQ - it overlooks the sea so if it’s not too hot or in evening it might be useful - we didn't use it - maybe next time. Overall we would highly recommend this apartment and we definitely will come back. Our stay was very relaxing. There are many restaurants around. Nearest larger supermarket is Lidl, which is approx. 2km away. We would recommend having a car as this would allow you to see more. However, car is not essential as beach is within walking distance. We went to 5-6 different beaches including Praia dos Caneiros, Praia do Torrado (best of all), Praia de Benagil where we swam to cave, Praia da Marinha - really worth going, Praia da Rocha - if you fancy lots of people and very large beach than this one is for you. There is also a Sand Sculpture display, which is 20min drive away - I would recommend going there before 10am as its getting very hot. Thanks again and see you next time.

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung.
Wir waren 12 Tage Anfang September in der Wohnung und hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit in Ferragudo. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und auch im Haus sehr ruhig. Zum nächsten Strand sind es zu Fuß max. 10 Minuten und ein sehr schöner Strand (Praia dos Caneiros: Ein großer Strand teils mit Sonnenliegen, einem Restaurant, Toiletten und einem sehr ruhigen Abschnitt weiter hinten) 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Für uns war es der schönste Strand in der Nähe. Die Wohnung hat einige Sachen wie Spülmittel, Seife, Toilettenpapier, etc. schon vor Ort. Es war sehr sauber, einladend und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort nochmal die gleiche Wohnung buchen. Wir mieten schon seit einigen Jahren Ferienwohnungen über verschiedene Portale und waren hier so zufrieden wie noch nie. Wirklich eine Empfehlung von Herzen. Die Übergaben der Schlüssel haben einwandfrei und super schnell funktioniert. Ein Auto würde ich empfehlen für diese Gegend. Ferragudo ist ein sehr kleiner, aber feiner Ort. Ein paar Cafés und ein paar mehr Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso der Fischmarkt. Die Gegend bei Monchique (ca 40 Minuten mit dem Auto) ist wunderschön zum wandern. Und die Strände an der Westküste (z.B. Arrifana ca. 90 Minuten mit dem Auto)sind ein MUSS; atemberaubend schön und super zum Surfen. Für einen großen Lebensmittel Einkauf würde ich eine Fahrt nach Portimão (12 Minuten mit dem Auto) empfehlen. Für mich hat der Preis in der aktuellen Zeit (Sept 2022) gestimmt. Es ist keine günstige Wohnung, aber ich habe das Geld gerne ausgegeben für die Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Wir konnten sehr gut abschalten und zur Ruhe kommen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Besitzer. Ihr macht das sehr gut.

Au top!
L’appartement d’Isabelle et Yannick est très bien situé (10 minutes des plages, 5 minutes du centre de Ferragudo à pieds). Il est également spacieux et avec de nombreux avantages non négligeables comme le parking et deux balcons. Il a un très bon rapport qualité-prix. De plus, grâce à la situation géographique de Ferragudo, nous avons pu aller aisément d’Est en Ouest en Algarve pour visiter cette belle région. Un grand merci à vous Isabelle et Yannick! Nous reviendrons!!
