Hotel old and dirty. Discourteous overweight rude reception guy. No coffee left in room. Requested a room with a view. didn’t get it. A/C very noisy. We were booked in for 2 nights but one was more than enough.

The unit were clean, in good condition, and the beds were comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick. We would stay here again.

Travelled with family and stayed in two Lakeside chalets for 4 nights. Had a most enjoyable time together. Good amenities and well appointed units with Lots of activities for the children. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended for families and group holidays!

Room was clean but a little dated. Bathroom sink was very small. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had lots of information about local attractions and activities. Had functional guest laundry which I used. Stayed an extra night due to weather events. Kitchen was very functional.
