« The door handle needs to be pulled towards you when turning the key to open the door. When locking it the key needs to be turned anti clockwise before turning it clockwise in order to work. A bit of a faff; I had to ring the host to help gain access for the first time. Host arrived very quickly to assist. Bed is very firm and the pillows are not the best. Cutlery could do with replacing. Otherwise all good. »

« I thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Wanaka. The apartment seemed very tidy and new, very comfortable beds and arriving on a cold winter's night we were impressed to find the apartment warm and cosy. With heat pumps up stairs and down it would be perfect temperature any time of year. The apartment is well insulated and soundproofed we experienced no noise from neighboring units. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to cook 'at home' for 2 of our nights...

« First check-in process wasn’t the best. Called Bell Cross Roberton rep for assistance and she was more condescending than helpful. Heard children in the background which and reps focus was more on them than customer service. Second, never been to a home that was heated with space heaters. More of a safety hazard than I would want. Third, furniture was old and dirty. Cracked leather furniture. Fourth, NO PRIVACY. Home had see through blinds. I walked outside and saw a man sitting in his car...

« The place was great location. Excellent cafe next doir and 4 square. Rubbish bin small, need somewhere for excess rubbish as stayed a few days. Cold draft in corners by windows. Place was fab we will definarely return as visit wanaka often. »
