« Despite my talking to the front desk and requesting several times, they never cleaned my room. The housekeeping staff was always gone by four and I did not return to the room until 415 to discover that they missed me. They asked me to put something on the door so that they would clean and I did but then they missed me again and told me the door hanger had to have checkmarks in certain boxes which no one explained to me. « Easy check in, rooms were clean, breakfast was ok but can’t complain about free food. Parking was easy and spacious. Staff was above and beyond. The manager I’m assuming at the front always asked how our rooms were and if we were comfortable. Our first day there our battery to the fire alarm died. I messaged them and they were there really fast to get that changed out. Would go back if we ever go to Georgia again! »
