This modest 1,000 sq. ft. home has everything you need with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and space to sleep 6. Each bedroom has a king bed as well as a single daybed and an on-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and a variety of small appliances. The unit is also equipped with a propane BBQ, washer and dryer, A/C and Heater, Wi-Fi and a Roku TV- so be sure to bring your logins with you! We also have an antenna that gives you about 18 local channels. Guests have access to the entire property, washer and dryer, barbecue, our cottonwood grove and other amenities found in the back portion of our project. Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by. La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away. You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking. Check-in instructions are sent via email and text two weeks before arrival. CHECK-IN is AFTER 4 p.m. Mountain Time AND CHECK-OUT is BEFORE 11 a.m. Mountain Time NO early check-in or late check-out. ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING. SMOKING IS ALLOWED 25 FT FROM BUILDINGS. SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ANY UNIT UNDER ANY CONDITION. BRINGING A PET TO ANY UNIT WILL RESULT IN A $200 FINE. Super clean, very well equipped. At the beginning was hard to understand which was our house since there are no number on the units, but we quickly found a sign with a legend and got into the house without problem. I really appreciated how tidy and clean it was. We like to cook our meals and the house had all that is needed and more. The only thing I would say was the single bed was squeaky, but in general beds were pretty comfortable. Despite being a structure with multiple units, it had a personal touch from the owner that made it feel more cozy. Only half hour from Zion, which was great and we didn’t pay the insane prices like being at the doorstep of Zion park. Small town with a very close grocery store to the house which was very convienent. The place is peaceful despite I was afraid being close to multiple units. We did have a patio outside pretty private. In general I’ll definitely consider the place if I have to go back in the area! ##### Chiara B.
