This Contemporary 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home can sleep 14 people comfortably, and 16 with the use of the Queen pullout sofa. With 1935 sq. feet, you will never feel cramped in this spacious townhome. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are so many amenities included, you will never run out of things to do! This home has a spacious floor plan, with quiet and private bedrooms. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans for those warm Southern Utah nights. Downstairs you will find one of the two master suites with an ensuite bathroom and glass walk-in shower.
