Situé dans une rue très calme derrière le vieux marché, au cœur de la ville, proche de la gare, ce bel appartement de 87 m2 avec grand séjour, 2 chambres et une loggia de 15 m2, sur jardin, vous permettra de passer un séjour reposant et bien agréable. La résidence, calme, très récente (2019), très sécurisée, aux normes PMR, dispose d'un parking en sous sol, directement accessible par l'ascenseur. Oubliez les voitures, deux places privatives vous attendent. Un local à vélos également. L'appartement, au 1er étage, est très lumineux. The balcony and the communal gardens are very usable and the apartment feels airy and cool even during hot weather. The apartment complex is well built, felt very safe and spacious with all facilities easily accessible. Communication with both the owner and the local host who welcomed us was done in a professional yet warm and very personal manner. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Lots of recommendations given by our hour host and it really is the perfect base from which to explore La Rochelle and the surrounding areas including the Ile De Re and the other smaller island.
