The balcony and the communal gardens are very usable and the apartment feels airy and cool even during hot weather. The apartment complex is well built, felt very safe and spacious with all facilities easily accessible. Communication with both the owner and the local host who welcomed us was done in a professional yet warm and very personal manner. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Lots of recommendations given by our hour host and it really is the perfect base from which to explore La Rochelle and the surrounding areas including the Ile De Re and the other smaller island. La résidence de moins de 5 ans est tranquille et sécurisée avec accès direct par l'ascenseur à un double parking en s/sol. Le logement est meublé confortablement et très bien équipé. La loggia sur jardin est très plaisante et utile (couverte et orientée ouest, protégée d’éventuelles gouttes que nous avons peu vues et de la chaleur) et le parking un luxe à la Rochelle.
