Jan 16, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### HÔTE A FUIR - APPARTEMENT SALE Séjour du 23/12 au 26/12/23: Des gros problèmes de propreté, des draps qui n'ont pas été changés, les draps de rechange sentaient l'humiditén une vaisselle sale etc...le propriétaire a été informé tout de suite, à part des excuses aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé malgré mes relances par sms, pire l'hôte fait le mort. J'en informe Abritel, dès le 2/1 avec toutes les preuves (photos, capture d'écran des sms) le dossier n'est pas traité. J'appelle aujourd'hui le 16/2/24, comme l'hôte ne veut rien faire, Abritel ne fera rien non plus car soit disant le séjour est terminé. Donc moralité, fuyiez Abritel aussi car ils ne servent à rien en cas de problème, pas besoin de payer des frais de dossier rien. ##### VERONIQUE V. Tout l'essentiel est fourni. Idéalement situé au cœur de la magnifique ville de La Rochelle (centre-ville, plage, parcs, parkings). Juste à savoir, pdt festival Francofolies, pas de possibilité d'approche en voiture. Rue animée mais calme dans appartement car donne sur cour. Pendant festival, concerts jusqu'à minuit.
