Cet hébergement de vacances est situé aux coeur des Minimes, près du lac de la sole, dans le quartier le plus dynamique de La Rochelle. Des prestations de conforts seront à disposition comme l'accès à la piscine, le parking en sous sol, le local vélo.  
Il est au 3 eme étage et se compose d'un séjour avec canapé convertible 2 places donnant sur un balcon , un coin cuisine équipée, un wc indépendant, une salle d'eau et un coin nuit avec un lit deux places. Venez profiter du soleil autour de la piscine !!  
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Appartement avec machine à laver, résidence sécurisée, avec piscine Juillet/Août sous réserve des conditions climatiques et sanitaires, proche du port de plaisance, parking, proche de la plage et de l'océan. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence. Nettoyage non fait à notre arrivée mais bonne réactivité de l'équipe Foncia. Logement bien aménagé mais légèrement brillant du fait des travaux et du rond point. Vacances agréable malgré tout.
