Enjoy relaxing days in this former watermill with a view of a river.  
  
Spend your holiday in a small Breton town with half-timbered houses at the foot of the river Jaudy. The accommodation in an old watermill offers you a special atmosphere and plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy nature in this region. Spend relaxing hours in the living room with large windows and views of the countryside. Make use of the comfortable seating or watch TV after a day out.  
  
Go out and enjoy the location right on the water. Sit in the garden, listen to the sound of the river and let your gaze wander over the trees. Go fishing directly on the Jaudy or take advantage of the proximity to the canoe station in La Roche-Derrien, just a few kilometres away.  
  
Discover the sights of La Roche Jaudy and the surrounding area. Visit the Château de la Roche Jagu in Ploëzal or the Château de Tonquédec. Take a stroll through the Jardins de Kerfouler or Kerdalo, which will delight you with their colourful themed gardens. Head to Paimpol and spend a day at the beach or enjoy water sports. Families can visit the Armoripark leisure centre in Bégard or the zoo in Trégomeur. You can also try Breton specialities such as crêpes, seafood or cider.

#### Hébergement et découverte de la région 

Notre séjour dans les côtes d'Armor fut agréable. Pour l'hébergement les propriétaires sont gentils avec des offres de quelques légumes.Néanmoins l'hébergement n'est pas en lien avec l'annonce. L'extérieur n'est pas entrenu et l'abord du cours d'eau est impossible. Dommage pour mon conjoint pêcheur où le lieu était propice. L'intérieur n'est pas nickel malgré la bonne volonté de la propriétaire avec un accent qui ne permet pas toujours une bonne compréhension.Certaines règles de location devraient être revues : prises de courant non homologuées, salle de bain peu conforme même si une nouvelle douche installée et extérieur de la soi disant terrasse avec une vue sur une pelleteuse enselevie dans les herbes.La literie est appréciable et disposition de draps et serviettes pour 10 euros par chambre.L'EDF est de 4 euros par jour ce qui ne semble pas être noté sur l'annonce, et donc à régler sur place.La taxe de séjour est revenue à 24,80 pour deux.Sans être difficile et ayant connu plusieurs locations via Abritel, il serait intéressant de bien notifier avec de réelles explications et mettre à jour les annonces.Néanmoins nous sommes satisfaits de la découverte de la région.

#### déception concernant l'aménagement extérieur de la maison

L'extérieur n'est pas entretenu. L'accès à la rivière impossible contrairement aux photos présentées sur le site de réservation. On n'a donc pas profiter de l'extèrieur comme on l'aurait voulu. Pour ce qu'il y a de l'intérieur de la maison, rien à redire. Cependant, nous avons découvert une très belle région.

#### Charmant moulin légèrement vétuste

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce moulin, le cadre est très agréable et à proximité en voiture de lieux à découvrir ! Points positifs : la cuisine est assez bien équipée, wifi et télévision disponibles et la cabine de douche a été changée ! Léger bémol, la literie et le lave vaisselle sont un peu vieillots.
