We were room bound and then water was coming through the ceiling in our bathroom. They resolved that very quickly and not only that provided us free bottles of water as we were ill. The hotel itself is in the old city area, found along a very narrow street. The decor was very historic, a lovely breakfast buffet both hot and cold. I'd definitely stay here again thanks to the thoughtful staff.
