"Honestly, Senora Elma was amazing to my children and I. Although many of the staff we encountered did not speak our language, they were patient with us and did not make us feel uncomfortable. There are many attractions close by, as well as food options. Breakfast is included, ans they were willing anf able to accommodate us with our plant-based meals. "We just finished our fabulous stay. The room was spotless and we so appreciated the VIP welcome fruit platter! The grounds are clean, workers are friendly and very helpful, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the hot springs and loved venturing to a couple of the Waterfalls. We did an all day adventure tour and had an amazing time tubing down the river, followed by ziplining through the canyon. Our only complaint was at dinner our first night we waited just under one hour to receive our food. It was delicious, just wished we didn’t have to wait so long. We ate at the bar the following night and food came quickly. "

"Services and the staff are exceptional. We ate breakfast and dinner for two days and loved the food! Thank you Yocky! If you want to stay at a place that feels close to nature, this is it. We saw many birds from our glass-walled cabin. An ant highway ran right outside our door! "
