You are just a stone's throw from all amenities, and you can walk to: the medieval market, the night market held in summer, one of the terraces to enjoy delicious seafood, or to the beach for a swim. The living room is bright and tastefully furnished. You will find a very well-equipped kitchen, including induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. This kitchen is open to the dining room, where you can then join the living room, a cosy and welcoming corner, ideal for chatting or watching a film on the television. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and has three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the last one is ideal for children or a duo, with its two single beds. And for sun lovers, a 4m² mini terrace awaits you upstairs. A small piece of sky... which will have to be earned: it is accessible by passing (yes, yes) through the bathroom – a true secret passage version holiday home! Also available are a shower room, an independent toilet, a washing machine and a Bluetooth speaker. To park, you can park along the cemetery (which is 100m away) and otherwise the closest option is the car park at the nautical centre of La Flotte. Well situated, a five minute walk from the port and the superb local market.
