You will appreciate its facilities and quality decoration. Just a stone's throw from the heart of La Flotte en Ré, this house is ideally situated. Fully equipped, this 140m² house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people (maximum 6 adults). You will be charmed by its large terrace (perfectly enclosed) which is friendly and without overlooking neighbours, with a heated swimming pool (equipped with a safety cover). You will have a plancha, sun loungers and garden furniture at your disposal. You can park your vehicle in a private car park and your bicycles in an outdoor courtyard. This house offers beautiful amenities, for example you will find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a hairdryer...
