What a nice hotel in a great location. Nice walking distance to Ille Rousse, which is so cozy. The only sad thing is the behavior of an older lady in the reception. Very unfriendly and rude. Not at all welcoming ! And when you Call yourself a spa hotel, and charge a High Price, you could at least have pool Towel’s for free. 2 euro’s for a tiny towel….not acceptable. This might be small things….But it would definitely make the experience a lot better ! Think about it !

Super fint hotel med et meget dejligt pool område. 8 min gang til centrum og bystrand så perfekt til at udforske området og være i gåafstand til restaurant osv om aftenen. Byen er meget charmerende og bestemt er besøg værd. Vi boede i superior værelse som var stort, nyt og alt fungerede upåklageligt. Generelt meget value for prisen. Havde dog en uheldig indcheckning da vi havde booket via hotels.com med gratis morgenmad inklusiv, pga vores niveau. Dette var hotellet ikke oplyst omkring hvilket naturligvis ikke er deres fejl. Men vi blev mødt med dårlig stemning og irritation fra receptionen. I stedet for at de prøvede at løse situationen med deres samarbejdspartner eller accepterede at vi via app kunne bekræfte vores niveau brugte vi tid på at redde det ud igennem to dage. Personalet i bar og morgenmad restauranten var dog særdeles serviceorienteret og søde.

L’hôtel est magnifique, la piscine est vraiment agréable, les chambres sont grandes, modernes et confortables. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré (salade de fruits frais et jus de fruits frais plutôt qu’en bouteille)

Bel hôtel de charme. La terrasse en pierre est de toute beauté avec de belles zones d'ombre. Le personnel a démarré notre air climatisé même si pour eux la saison chaude n'était pas vraiment débutée, très apprécié ! Petit déjeuner varié.
