"property is peaceful and cute, and is like an oasis. Breakfast was decent - nothing special other than bunch of uncooked ingredients to assemble and eat (cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes etc). Coming from US, it was a different experience for us to see some thing so basic for breakfast. We were expecting at least decent coffee in Turkey but all the hotels switched to lazy machines where you press and get machine made coffees (cappuccino, latte etc). Parking at this hotel was the worst part of our trip as there is no street parking available and the road in front of it is hilly and narrow for our rather large SUV."

"Such a lovely hotel, the lady who works there is a gem, friendly and helpful, she makes a fantastic breakfast using local and seasonal foods. The hotel rooms are spacious and modern and very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location, surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. We would stay here again."

"We had a great time at MonaLisa. The staff was friendly and the room had a great view. The hotel was relatively easy to find and in a good location, only a short walk to the marina. The hotel had a nicely updated interior and breakfast with tea and coffee was a nice way to start the morning."

"We had a room facing the ocean. The sunset view with the hotel's many leveled court yard settings was fantastic. Very satisfied to the all-inclusive food and beverages. Only complaints are the poor sound proof of the rooms. "

"Customer Service was top notch and exceptional. Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week."
