Find hotels in Kursebi from CA $28

The ideal time to visit Kursebi is during the late spring (May to early June) or early autumn (September to October) when the weather is most pleasant.

During these months, you'll experience comfortable temperatures, superb for exploring the natural beauty and historical sites without the intense heat of summer or the chill of winter. The landscapes are particularly lush in spring, and the autumn brings beautiful colours and the grape harvest season, which is a significant cultural event in the Imereti region.

For those interested in outdoor activities like hiking or exploring the countryside, these periods offer the best conditions. The trails are dry, and the moderate temperatures make for enjoyable excursions to places like the nearby Katskhi Pillar or the Gelati Monastery, both of which are short drives from Kursebi.

Travellers looking for a relaxed experience with good food and wine will also find these times excellent. Many local guesthouses and wineries are fully operational, offering tastings and traditional Georgian meals in a comfortable setting.
