Lovely lake views from the kitchen and lounge with a safe, sandy, swimming beach right at the end of the lawn. Heat pump ensures the house is nice and warm in the winter and air conditioned in the summer to keep you cool if required. If you want a holiday where you can fish, waterski, snow ski, swim, close to great walking tracks, ten minutes from hot pools, get some peace and quiet, do lots of relaxing and reading - then look no further. Plenty of room for tents on the front lawn and parking for a boat and a couple of cars. Boat ramp at the end of the driveway. Special conditions: Check out by 10am in peak periods. Please check with Benedict regarding your check out time as you may be able to check out later if no one coming in same day. Pets are allowed, however, PLEASE KEEP PETS OFF FURNITURE, ESPECIALLY WET PETS! Smoking outside. A cleaning fee is payable of $60. Dog exercise area was fantastic. The lighting in the lounge was terrible for reading and knitting, which we did a lot of when the TV reception failed on our last night. The kitchen lighting was also pretty bad. I don't remember if the property description said that there was no WIFI, but there wasn't. That would have been okay if we'd been able to read or knit in the evening, but the lighting prevented that. And the mattress in the main bedroom was way past its use-by date. ##### Andrew T. We had to fix up handles that fell off pans, struggled with the oven (and bbq) and had to fix some of the slats in the master bedroom after a terrible night's sleep. BUT all that aside with 2 toddlers, and dogs in tow the home being rough actually made it a very relaxed holiday as we were not worried about shoes inside etc etc. The location is prime! Right on the lake and the section was great for an Easter egg hunt. We had a great time and would come back. ##### Nakita H.
