« Das Zimmer machte teilweise einen abgewohnten Eindruck. In der Dusche kam uns der Duschkopf entgegen und die Duschtüre war defekt, so dass Wasser ins Badezimmer lief. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dagegen sehr umfangreich und das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich. Parken im Hotel kostet 15€. Auf der Straße vor dem Hotel kann man zeitweise billiger parken. »

« Wir hatten wieder einmal ein rundum wunderschönes Wochenende im Schlossberg Hotel in Neustadt/Orla. Schon die Anreise war wieder völlig unkompliziert und das Einschecken verlief schnell, freundlich und absolut reibungslos, so beginnt Erholung von der ersten Minute an. Das Mittagessen, die Getränke sowie das Frühstück waren schlichtweg hervorragend. Qualität, Auswahl und Geschmack lassen keine Wünsche offen. Bei Marion merkt man die Liebe zum Detail.
