(11 reviews) This property was extremely clean. You were greeted with the Hindi red dot on your forehead. the property has a gym, spa, restaurant, rooftop pool, helipad, and rooms with balconies that showcase the beautiful views of Munnar. The only downfall was the breakfast for me - it was cold and not the best. The fresh juice was great! but i would not recommend having breakfast here. Munnar itself has so much to do and see so the options around are endless. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English and was very helpful. (51 reviews) Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice location overlooking lake. Daily tea in gardens with activities enjoyable. Nearby tours of backwaters was great. Good spa on site too. Great views from room to lake. However villa room was dated and needs some refurbishing, cleaning and decorating. Villa Pool also needed cleaning and maintenance. The restaurant staff were great and friendly, food was ok - though a bit limited selection in breakfast buffet of fruits and pastries, and for evening meals there was a long wait. Overall - nice location but overpriced for the quality of hotel.
