Staff was completely inappropriate. Management addressed it when brought to their attention but the staff had already crossed the line.

#### Unorganized Hotel

No reception after hours but still open for reservation, I have arrived the hotel but no one assisting, I have to reboot another hotel at 2am midnight. Please refund my money. Thank you.
