The hotel is nice and staff is friendly. You get what you paid. The breakfast was ok nothing special and what bothered me a bit is the fact that they gave not option for you to buy beverages on card. They only want / accept cash . Which is ashamed because I could have spent way more money on the hotel that way and I went somewhere to buy cold and hot drinks.

We stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling Albania. The staff are so friendly and helpful! This is one of the few places in the area with a pool which we were thankful for. The rooms are spacious and we had a balcony which was nice. If you walk 10 minutes you reach plenty of restaurants and bars as well as beaches!

Das Zimmer war sauber und das männliche Personal war freundlich. Leider hat unser Aufenthalt durch den Umgang mit einer Reklamation einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Uns wurden 50 € für angeblich verschmutzte Handtücher berechnet. Als wir nachfragten, wo die betroffenen Handtücher seien, wurden uns zunächst kleine Handtücher gezeigt, die gar nicht von uns waren. Erst nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben, dass wir große Handtücher genutzt hatten, wurden diese gebracht. Besonders unprofessionell fanden wir, dass die Handtücher offensichtlich gar nicht erst gewaschen wurden. Stattdessen wurden sie vor unseren Augen von einer Mitarbeiterin lediglich mit Duftspray eingesprüht und uns gezeigt. Das hat auf uns den Eindruck gemacht, dass man gar nicht versucht hat, die Flecken ordnungsgemäß zu entfernen, sondern stattdessen direkt eine hohe Gebühr berechnet hat. Schade, denn der Aufenthalt hätte ansonsten einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. So können wir den Umgang mit Kunden und Reklamationen leider nicht empfehlen.

Hotel muito bom, excelente condições, preço muito acessível, acesso rápido a zona de praias e estacionamento gratuito, piscina adorável, os empregados excelente pessoas. Adorei muito a maneira como foi tratado eu sou uma pessoa que vou vivo em hotéis e nunca estive num hotel como este.
