« Pas de parking, On ne vous renseigne pas du tout à ce niveau là, Au bout de 3 jours on apprend qu’il y a un parking qui n’est pas à 200 nok/jour comme celui juste en face, mais à 45nok/j, ce qui, change énormément votre budget à la semaine.., Le petit déjeuner ouvre plus tard les jours de départ(week-end) pas très logique .. en semaine c’est ouvert avant 7h, le week-end pas avant 7h30, étant dans l’hotellerie Restauration, nous n’avons pas compris. C’est dommage. Les employées, toujours...

" Chambre bien équipée et confortable. Je suis venue plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel qui est plutôt haut de gamme ( excellent buffet du petit déjeuner , personnel très courtois, belles chambres et emplacement géographique à côté du grand hôtel idéal ). Déception cette fois car je me suis vue attribuer une chambre « back of the House « tout au fond d’un couloir, sombre avec vue sur une petite cour par rapport aux dernières fois où nous avions vue sur Karl Johan et plus de lumière. Un peu relégués au fond de l’hôtel et oubliés par la femme de chambre qui n’a pas fait notre chambre ! J’ai été très mécontente de cela ( nous avions pourtant quitté la chambre à 9h et retour 20h, sans laisser un panneau « ne pas déranger » donc aucune raison valable de ne pas faire le ménage ). Je leur ai signalé et ils vont probablement en tenir compte."
