Le service pourrait être amélioré : nous voyagions avec un bébé en poussette et le personnel a très peu aidé à monter les marches permettant d’accéder à l’ascenseur. Idem pour les bagages (alors qu’il n’y avait personne dans le lobby) »

« J’arrive dans la chambre, je trouve la tasse de café sale et le sol avec de la poussière, propreté médiocre, le lendemain matin un homme qui fait le service entre dans la chambre sans frapper sur la porte! "Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Le bâtiment est toujours aussi beau, splendide même. On est vraiment dans un très bel établissement. Petit déjeuner au top, bar au top, espace sport... Juste une légère déception sur la literie et les oreillers tout petits. Mais un très beau séjour !"

"Nous avions un premiere réservation d'une nuit avant d'enchaîner le lendemain avec une seconde réservation de quatre nuits. L'hôtel voulait, dans un premier temps, nous faire rendre la première chambre en fin de matinée et revenir l'après-midi à 15H00 pour débuter la seconde réservation. Il nous a finalement proposé de rester dans cette chambre de qualité inférieure à celle réservée lors de la seconde réservation sans, bien entendu, nous proposer une quleconque remise... Un hôtel qui n'a pas le sens commercial et ne sait pas fidéliser ses clients "
