Location is easily reachable by S-bahn from Luzerne Bahnhof. Staff was quite helpful and informative. However, breakfast options could be improved and the dining area gets quite crowded.

This hotel waa great! Everyday our room waa cleaned. The area around has different eating options. The metro and bus were pretty close as well. (Less than 10mins to downtown) The staff was kind and respectful. (Different languages were spoken)

Microwave not available at this hotel, nearest option is Migros across the street. Breakfast options were great, location was pretty accessible to Luzern main station (inter-town transport pass was provided by hotel)

The hotel is very close to train station. The staff at front desk helpful in train directions and the waitstaff were very friendly. The free breakfast was more than we expected, the food was always fresh and arranged nicely. The coffee/expresso machine and juice options also spectacular. Highly recommend this property.

Train is right beside the hotel with easy access to the city center. Hotel offers a pass as well so it was perfect! Parking is across the street in a parking garage and easy access to the hwy! Overall, great stay!

Bad customer service of front desk
The front desk employee name Atsuko and manger Olga both very not friendly , my wife is always very sensitive for elevator noise so every time if we found the room is assigned too close to elevator after check in , after talk with front desk all the hotel always happy to help us change to different room , but this time the attitude from Atsuko and their on duty manager Olga just let my wife and me feel that they don’t even try to help us at all , they not even try check their computer system and just told us it’s fully booked tonight , what kind of bad service ….., after checked in we also found no tissue paper and body lotion , hair dryer is broken wrapped with tape and very sticky, shower head is broken and leaking , paid $236 for this kind of poor quality, don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel .

Modern hotel with all facilities you expect. It’s not a wow hotel, it’s a good, clean, functional hote. Breakfast is included. Parking is across the road in a multi storey. Staff were neutral in their manner, not friendly, not rude just very indifferent…. Very short walk to the train to get in to the centre, just 2 stops and it’s free for hotel guests.

Asian woman too hard to understand And I pad was difficult and way too many fill ins, had to repeat 3 t times because iPad kept starting over…this was after a 7 hour day traveling to your Holiday express. And already. I am getting foreign emails. Asian was man said do not share emails. So what’s going on. ??

I like the property it is only 7 minutes train ride from Lucerna it is nice very clean I wish it had a swimming pool

Amazing hotel! Highly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic hotel! Perfect location with train station just a min away. The staff were very helpful, special thanks to Crystal! She explained every aspect of hotel amenities including the free travel pass we are entitled to as a guest at the hotel. Thank you Crystal!

Great hotel bad employees with no work ethics
The Employees of the Hotel are lazy and have no interest in working.The attitude they give is as if they are being forced to work.After my stay in Holiday inn the next day I checked in Kriens and the way the receptionist greeted and smiled was enough to show how professionally they took their job
