"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...

"Agradezco la enorme amabilidad de la recepcionista que me atendió antes de la llegada varias veces en inglés, era complicado por cuándo iban a llegar mi marido y mi hijo, y en todo momento todo fueron facilidades y mucha amabilidad. "This is a beautiful old hotel property. It has great bones and the rooms have been updated and modernized nicely. That said, there are some very quirky aspects to the property. Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. This means that there is no one to ask about parking, amenities etc. The second thing is that no one speaks English at all. The cleaning staff was very sweet but could not speak a word. We had to use Google Translate for all...

"The positive: Very helpfull and kind personal. Great breakfast, easy parking. The negative: The place is somewhat used and old and the nearby town is “ghostey”. Overall great value for money! Perfect spot for a nigh-over on your way south/north. "
