Very nice stay
We had a very nice stay in Krakow and 3 nights in Golden Tulip Krakow Kazimierz. The hotel is in a very good area in Krakow. You have shops, restaurants, parks and old historical buildings very near. The staff in the hotel was very service minded and positive. The rooms were clean and surrounding silent, very good to sleep in. Breakfast was over expectation. We will come back to Krakow and this hotel another time. We can recommend it.

Fantastic city break!!
Could not fault our stay here with friends on a city break to Krakow. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, arranging transfers to and from airport and Auschwitz trip.

Great hotel and location
Loved our stay here. Check in and out was quick. Friendly staff, breakfast was ok could be improved. Location was great, shower was good. Pillows was very soft asked for extra and we got them so can’t complain. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

My only criticism would be that the road the hotel is on is currently under construction of having tramlines put on which made the road inaccessible by cars and coaches. The toad would be very difficult for wheelchair users and people with children’s buggies.

Really good spacious hotel with excellent breakfast. Located in the Old Jewish Town which has a lot of character and just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of main square.

Good hotel, but difficult to reach by car
Overall excellent hotel. However, if you are travelling by car it is hard to reach (especially now with road works in Krakow) and the parking is easily full. Reception is substandard: inefficient and not friendly or welcoming (apart from the one person who correctly interpreted my mounting anger when he told that we could not leave the hotel parking for 30-40 min because of 'works', and arranged that we could leave after all). Incidentally the general lack of a friendly or welcoming attitude did not particularly apply to us but to others as well (bordering rude).

I could not fault this hotel at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However I think we should have been informed in advance that there were major roadworks going on outside as it was a bit of a shock visually and the taxi had to drop us off round the corner as he couldn’t get any closer to the hotel.
