All staff were very polite, all spoke excellent English, the rooms were visually appealing as well as being clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was from a fixed menu which offered a good choice and was served freshly prepared.

A beautiful hotel with extremely pleasant staff. Amazing breakfasts. We did unfortunately have an issue with our room but it was swiftly fixed by being able to move to a different one. A very lovely stay.

What a beautiful hotel. Loved the decor and art. Rooms were beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful, beginning with a lovely welcome and a coffee at reception. Would definitely stay there again.

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and a beautiful aroma that filled the reception area. If set the scene for what was a brilliant hotel. Lovely decor everywhere that was different and individual. Spotlessly clean and great choices for breakfast.

This is just a charming, upscale, boutique hotel with some of the friendliest staff we’ve encountered anywhere. So close to the castle and the town Square and so many restaurant options, including a Michelin listed restaurant within the hotel itself.

The whole experience from checking in to checking in out was amazing. This trip was booked last minute. Had no time to plan. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast 10/10 everywhere walkable. The room amenities was amazing. Tea, coffee, molton brown toiletries. Huge comfortable bed. Spotless. Would definitely stay again. 5\*
