Very friendly staff at the reception. They are very helpful and try to help you with all your questions. The room is clean and Nice. Also the bathroom was clean. Plus is that they offer motorcycle for rental. We rented one and had no problem at all using it. We would drive almost daily to Aonang with it and do activities like an Elephant tour. Price-quality is very good for the hotelroom. Would definitely go back next time we are in Krabi.

Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff, free parking and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and stores. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated and have a fridge and kettle.

The property was lovely and the staff were so nice. We were only there one night as it was a stopover. We managed to walk to the night market from the hotel in about 10 minutes. The Pad Thai with a huge fresh mango was great. Thank you for making our stay wonderful😀

Best hotel in Thailand
This hotel was AWESOME!!! We have been traveling the country for 2 months and staying at various spots throughout Thailand and this was the best hotel we have stayed at hands down. The bed is so comfortable and staff is so kind and helpful. Ive stayed at hotels in the US for hundreds per night that werent this nice, so If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it , you wont be disappointed.

Biggest dissappointment in my life!
I do not know who and how rates the hotel, but I was selecting the hotel by the ratings... and I suppose that was the biggest mistake I have ever done... Location - far from anything, but I accepted that as I saw on the map. The rest was nothing but a dissappointment - Rooms - terrible - the walls are so thin that all night we were being waken up by other hotel guests slaming the door, washing, taking a poo... everything was really heard in all the rooms. Price list for destroyed equipment was the first thing I had to sign at the reception - like I was some kind of a thief to rob the hotel and destroy everything... At the checkout they are sending housekeeping to check everything, before you can leave the hotel... Breakfast - some kind of a joke!! Constantly being observed by 3 people what you do in the lobby where they serve - yes - serve on plates - 1 slice of coldcut, two eggs (you can chose the day before how fried) and a few pieces of fruit on a leaf of lettuce... Plus 1 croissant from Lotus... Generally I have visited several hotels in Thailand and this one was the worst of the worst... No rats or bugs - but come one - it is worth not more than a 6 in ratings! Never again and DO NOT recommend! Ratings should be in European standard and that was what I was expecting.

Hello,Mariusz, We sincerely regret and apologize if such accommodation did not meet your expectations. Your stay was during the new year festival period. there are a lot of guests in our hotel. (fully booked) So, It's rather loud. - For the case signs the form when checking in.All rooms (1 person /1 room) must sign the registration form and none smoking form (there are three languages Thai Chinese and English on this form) when they check-in. And then, the housekeeper checks the room when the guest checks out. Actually, It's the normal regulation of every hotel. Because some guest may forget their belonging. It happened many times. The housekeeper brings it to the guests before they leave the hotel. -For the case of breakfastThere are two staffs in the breakfast area for taking care of every guest. such as serving coffee and recommending Thai desserts or some food. There are bananas, oranges, slices of bread, Thai dessert, orange juice, croissant from a bakeshop not Lotus and fresh coffee which you can take by yourself.We don't know what happened to make you unfair criticized our service. Because of our staff's language communication? Please understand that the hospitalityand service is always the top-priority point we are seriously concerned since the beginning.Sincerely yours,Sita Krabi Team

Wonderful staff very helpful & nice!! They go above & beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I even left my glasses realized after two days flying another location. They held on to them for me to get back! Great location walkable beach 20 min away. Easy to get to. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great stay and great service
The staff and facilities at Sita hotel were great! From the moment I walked in and was allowed to check in early they treated my friend and I like family! The area is slightly out of the main part of town so the staff made sure we knew exactly what restaurants were the best within walking distance, and which wouldn’t be so good for foreign tummies. The room seemed brand new and spotless! Linens were super clean and cozy. The shower was so big I think you could have had a party in there! Two bottles of water were provided each day. Just around the corner and across the street is a 7 eleven for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. This hotel is a gem and such a great price!

Die Angestellten sowie die Chefs waren freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sauber und hat eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Das asiatisch-europäische Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Ruhige und angenehme Gegend, etwas außerhalb vom Geschehen. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Taxi oder Songthaw in Krabi Town.

Rooms, beds, bathrooms are very large, facilities are very new and complete. The air conditioning is very cool and no noise. The room is equipped with mini fridge. Take a twenty-minute walk to the morning market and 30 minutes to the weekend night market. Crossing the road is the 711 convenience store. The staff smiled and mannered.

Best hotel ever The Hotel is new so it is extremely clean. The desk staff was beyond amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us in anything we wanted or needed. Staff was very knowledgeable about activities in the area. They were genuinely friendly and even went beyond what their duty called for to help us out of a jam when we needed it.

New and Clean
I would stay here again. The room was very clean, the breakfast was appreciated, the staff was nice. For those who are unsure of the area, it's a relatively quick walk (10 minutes) to the center of Krabi town, and there is a tasty, very clean and modern restaurant right around the corner. It's also a five minute walk to 711 or Tesco Lotus grocery store. This hotel provides great value for the money, however, if you chose the cheapest room, you will be on the ground floor next to the lobby, where it is quite noisy in the morning, with guests eating breakfast, and staff loudly conversing. Next time I would choose a room on an upper floor.

Kui soovid puhast, mugavat ja ilusat majutust Krabi Townis, vaikses piirkonnas siis Sita Krabi on just sulle. Väga sõbralikud ja abivalmid töötajad. Hommikusöök rikkalikum ja parem kui kirjelduses lubatav.

Unser Zimmer wirkte sehr neu und gepflegt. Das gesamte Hotel ist mehr als sauber und das Personal ist stets am Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Für einen Zwischenstopp in Krabi absolut zu empfehlen. Touren und Ausflüge können direkt über das Hotel gebucht werden und auch die Weiterreise auf eine der vielen Inseln lässt sich super einfach und perfekt über das Hotel organisieren (zudem noch sehr günstig). Wir hätten das Hotel sehr gerne mit auf die Inseln und an das Meer genommen - sehr hoher Wohlfühlfaktor!
