Resepsjonisten fikk meg til å begynne å gråte ved å skrike til meg og kalle meg slitsom fordi jeg ville se et rom før jeg booket. Og ble enda sintere når jeg gråt og sa jeg ikke er klar over hvilke problemer hong kong har om dagen og at jeg er egoistisk for at jeg begynner gråte for slike saker. Sa jeg gråt fordi hab skrek til meg og jeg var sliten men han bare kjefta tilbake. Reist Masse i 15 år og aldri blitt behandlet slik uansett sted jeg har vært på. Pluss det var masse asiatiske hår i sengen. Så jeg sjekket ut etter 1 time. Separate smelly flats MONEY STOLEN FROM PRIVATE ROOM! The room smelt of sewage, I think from an open pipe hidden under a counter. I booked a private room for privacy and security yet “housekeeping” walked in on me, nothing was cleaned at any point nor is it offered so I’m unsure what they were doing. Les dortoires sont propres et confortables. Ils sont juste un peu bruyants, les fenêtres étant très légères. L'emplacement est parfait. Le bus de l'aéroport nous dépose quasiment au pied de l'immeuble. Le métro est à côté. It was a really good experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions of how to get around, places to try, recommendations, and etc. It is in a god location to get around quickly and easily around Hong Kong. They were on top of cleaning the bathrooms. The bed was comfy enough but the room was so small it was really warm and stuffy at night. I struggled to sleep and the air con didn't do much. I like the private blinds and socket/light for each bed. The locker was small and space was limited for luggage. On check out luggage is left in the tiny communal area and charged 50HKD. There was free tea and coffee, computer and hairdryer to use which was handy. I agree why this hostel has many good reviews. Friendly staffs, nice beds, and facilities are not bad. It can feel a little humid inside the room, but put the air conditioner to dry mode and it is completely fine. Great location, some of the friendliest staff you'll ever meet, clean and has 2 pretty cool common rooms based on the 14th and 15th floors with a Mac computer and large smart TVs. Also found the free snacks (Oreos and crackers) on my last night! I was happy with my stay and only have a couple of 'could be betters': The lockers need to be bigger as they're unimaginably small, the mini common room on the 14th is right next to the dorms and was a bit noisy some nights as guests (and staff) didn't adhere to the midnight rule, and I really wished the hostel had arranged something for Halloween night. It definitely has the best location. I booked a single room with shared bathroom. Room was just big enough to fit in one XXS size of single bed, and was too small to fit my 29” suitcase. The LCD screen was linked with exposed cables and wires, and was the only entertainment in the room. Unfortunately, the remote control was not functioning. Guestroom, shower room, toilet and public area was clean. Another inconvenience was, if you want to go to 15th floor from lower floors, you will have to take one of the elevators to ground floor first.
