The ‘all inclusive’ isn’t just that. Cocktails, barista coffee and restaurants are not included. Apparently only if you book with my Fiji you receive cocktail vouchers amongst other benefits. The food was average at the buffet and lacked variety. Although the set menu at the Chinese restaurant was included, it was the worst Chinese food I’ve eaten, plus other tables who ordered after our receiving their food first. Cocktails average and some staff didn’t know how to make them. We also found out , after the fact, all kids under 12 eat free so there was no need to purchase an all inclusive package for our child. Resort staff polite and friendly. And thankfully nothing stolen this Fiji trip. We felt safe. However, alot of miss communication around the restaurant, for example, reception informing us of a traditional dance one evening at 0730pm, where as it was actually 0830pm. This was a common occurrence, the incorrect information being told to us. Resort room clean and comfortable. Location was central to everything in resort. Room services daily, but little things frequently forgotten to be replaced, including toilet paper, coffee, fresh towels and fresh coffee mugs. No bottle water provided. Air conditioning also flooded our room and engineering had to attend to it. Swim up bar the slowest service in the world, averaging 20 minutes to be served and not even busy. Don’t be fooled by the resorts photos online, there is no swimable beach at the resort. The beach is rocks

We had an amazing 6-night family stay at Naviti Resort on the all-inclusive package. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely incredible - so friendly, welcoming and always going above and beyond. We loved the breakfast, swim-up bar and Kids Club, which our children absolutely loved. The staff even remembered our drink orders, which made us feel so welcomed. The hospitality was exceptional, and we made so many beautiful memories during our stay. We were genuinely sad to leave! We will definitely be back! 🌴❤️🇫🇯

ere is a draft for a highly critical, realistic online review based on those specific complaints: ★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Stay — Unwelcoming Staff and Tired Facilities I rarely write negative reviews, but our recent stay at the Naviti Resort was deeply disappointing, especially given the cost. The biggest letdown by far was the service. We chose Fiji expecting the warm, world-famous hospitality the islands are known for, but instead, we were met with a generally cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff on arrival were dismissive and unhelpful when we had a minor billing discrepancy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Throughout the week, the staff at the buffet and bar areas seemed entirely unbothered and exhausted, getting a simple drink order or assistance felt like pulling teeth. When it rained there is nowhere to shelter other than your room. Overall, the lack of effort from the team and the poor state of the resort made this a stressful trip rather than a relaxing vacation. We will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere on the Coral Coast.

Great hotel , it would have been better if they had more pools and more bars. This is a definitely more family oriented and relaxing hotel. Don’t come here if you want a night life. Staff were kind and helpful. And definitely don’t forget to get water bottles and mosquitoes repellent.

The bar staff and pool excellent for a cool dip. Very helpful and friendly staff for meals and room service. We found it to be a great a great family getaway. The grounds were well kept and maintained, with alot of fun to be had. A few drinks and a great game of golf. Walked up the beach to find white coral sand beaches with great snorkeling in the reef. Very safe

Amazing location , the staff was extraordinary and made out trip one of the best we stayed at about 4 to 5 5 star resorts over the duration of our stay and not a single one of them could match the level of comfort and friendliness of the staff at the Naviti . The food was fantastic , rooms were clean alongside all of the facilities. They offer a good amount of things to do . But the staff really made us feel like family to the point we were sad to leave them . 10/10 resort the only downside we had was trying to swim in the ocean of the beach at the resort. There is alot of seaweed and the water can be a bit murky due to the sediments and seaweed , it however is swimable and very warm .

For families, but also couples, groups a perfect get-away. A 2 hour drive from Nadi airport, but gives a good view of the land. Resort spacious and lots of extra facilities to stay on the resort for 5 days. But also options to visit surrounding by taxi, van or bus. All inclusive a blessing with kids in the peak season. But without kids, I would have chosen to order from the menu. They are working on a extension of the beach. Not great for beachlife at this moment, but taking the kayak out is also lots of fun. Swimmingpool is great!

It was antiquated and there wasn't enough lighting, needed new fixtures. - The wifi coverage was extremely poor and was barely available in certain areas around the resort. - Drinking water bottles weren't provided and had to be purchased or filled from the bar. - The staff were overworked and the fatigue was visible in their service. - The buffet food options were repetitive, bland and underwhelming at times. - There weren't many options for indoor/ outdoor games for adults. - At one point it seemed that the resort wasn't prepared or well equipped to accommodate or facilitate a high footfall of guests. - The coral and sunset cruises were disappointing.
