"Bien situé, pratique pour la marche, belle variété de restaurants et de boutiques. Douche minuscule, ce qui est désagréable quand on est une grande personne."
"Stayed with small kids to all inclusive for 5 days, Perfect place. Pool is great, close to small town. Close to beach. Peaceful and quiet. Staff are super nice and high standard of service. I really enjoyed my visit."
"It's nice. The hotel is right on the beach and the swimming pools are big. There's not too many sun loungers so you have to get in there quick. The staff are good but the bar staff always seemed a little under pressure. The entertainment is also good but is targeted towards their mainly French guests but they do try to include everyone. It's a great place for families. If you're expecting people not to push in at the buffet queue you're in for a shock. Also getting a train to and from the airport is way cheaper than a taxi. The hotel said its 160 euros to the airport by taxi. We got there by train for less than 30 euros."
While Korfos is unique in its relaxed, seaside village appeal, for travellers seeking a similar tranquil coastal experience with good amenities in the Peloponnese, Tolo, and Porto Heli are excellent alternatives.
Tolo, located in the Argolida region, offers a beautiful sandy beach and a relaxed pace of life, much like Korfos. Its main street runs parallel to the beach, lined with tavernas and cafes, and you'll find plenty of options for boat trips to nearby islands. It's particularly good for families due to its shallow, calm waters and a selection of family-friendly eateries.
Porto Heli, on the other hand, is a more upscale coastal town known for its sheltered harbour and cosmopolitan feel. It's a popular spot for yachting and offers a range of high-quality hotels and villas. The town centre is pleasant for an evening stroll, with various restaurants and boutiques.
